Our Legal Billing Specialists can serve as your entire legal billing department or work alongside your other legal billing professionals.  We tailor each engagement to fit your firm’s unique needs.  Our Legal Billing Specialists log into your legal billing software system to run pre-bills, edit pre-bills as desired by your lawyers or paralegals, and process final bills.  Distribution of your final bills to your clients can be done by traditional mail, email, uploaded to the applicable online invoicing systems used by your clients, or any combination of these methods.  We normally communicate with a single point of contact at your firm but we can work with others as well to suit your individual needs.
